Building on the cultural observations and principles that have been briefly described we have designed, tested and now offering The Habit Change Company process. The following
is a brief, chronological description of our process The
Meetings Welcome
Meeting:
The purpose is to introduce participants into the experiential and
logistical nature of the process and to give them the protocols that they
need to complete. You will receive information about your Life Coach by
email before this meeting. This
meeting is a conference call lasting 1 ˝ hours. Kickoff
Retreat:
This half-day workshop provides a front end bookend to the 8-week
process. The purpose is to provide the foundational structure for the 8-week
process, increase healthy anxiety and anticipation, and formally begin the
process. The take-away is the
start of your Life Plan. Weekly
Meetings: 3-hour Educational meeting with
subject expert presenters, mindfulness practice, and facilitator-run
exercises. Commencement
Retreat: The
purpose of this half-day workshop is to celebrate participation in the
8-week learning modules, honor participant’s commitment to personal health
and wellness and motivate them toward continued success. Coaching Long-term, loving support, a key
design principle of our process, is supplied by The Habit Change Company
coaches. THCC coaches are independently certified and also trained in the
THCC coaching approach. The coaches meet weekly, 1 on 1 with you during the
educational segment of the process and bi-weekly during the 21 months
following the educational segment. The MBS approach to coaching uses
individual motivation style, the “starting-point,” a proprietary health
assessment tool, and strong emotional support to help you create and
implement your Life Plan Fees & Payments Total Cost $3,100 Payment: Monthly Electronic Payments of $130.00 for 24 months beginning January 15, 2010 |
